The soaps
What are Florush soaps made of?+
Every bar is a handmade soap, scented with premium-grade essential oils — and, for the non-botanical scents, fragrance oils. We say which on each soap's own page. They are free from parabens, sulphates and artificial colours, 100% vegetarian, and never tested on animals. The full ingredient list for each soap is on its own page too.
Are the soaps organic?+
No — and we would rather say so plainly. "Organic" is a certification we do not hold, so we do not use the word. What is true: the ingredients are naturally sourced, the oils are premium grade, and every bar is made by hand in small batches at home.
How much does a soap cost?+
Soaps start at ₹150, and each soap's own page shows its price. Buying more than one brings bundle savings automatically — they start at two soaps and grow from there, and you will see the savings in your basket as you add. Keepsake gift boxes are priced all-in on the gifting page.
How big is each bar?+
Each soap's own page gives its net weight. Because every bar is cut by hand, no two are exactly alike. Best used within 12 months.
getting it to you
Ordering & delivery
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?+
We deliver across India. Delivery is a flat ₹100, and it is free on orders of ₹600 and above. If you are in Hyderabad, you can also choose pickup, which is always free.
How long will my order take?+
Same-day to 14 days by location and availability. Within Hyderabad it is often hand-delivered; elsewhere it goes by courier. You can follow your order at any time from the link in your confirmation — it shows each step as it happens.
How do I pay?+
By UPI. After you place your order we show a QR code and buttons for the usual apps, so you can pay from your phone in a few seconds. Someone checks payments daily and confirms your order within 24 hours — you will get an update by email and, if you opted in, on WhatsApp.
Can I order for a gift, a return gift, or an event?+
Yes — that is one of our favourite kinds of order. There are keepsake boxes in a few sizes, with your choice of scents and a card note. For bigger or corporate orders, message us and we will plan it with you.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
You can cancel your own order yourself while it is still awaiting payment — the button is on your order page. After payment, message us and we will sort it out.

About Florush
Who is behind Florush?+
Florush was started by Rashmika, who was 7½ when she made her first batch. She dreams up the soaps and makes every bar; her parents handle the business side. The seller is Florush by Rash, a sole proprietorship based in Hyderabad.
What does “a part of every order is set aside” mean?+
A part of every Florush order is set aside for CanvasCode, a not-for-profit initiative helping children in need build skills for life. It is an earmark we hold ourselves to, not a percentage we advertise or a donation added to your bill.
