Little questions
- Can I mix any scents?
- Yes — mix the scents on the picker any way you like, including several of the same one.
- Can I order more than one box?
- Yes — that's the best way! Boxes travel together: from 2 boxes onwards every box gets a little lighter, and all boxes in one order are packed with the same scents. Mixed packs, or more than 6 boxes? Tell us on WhatsApp and we'll plan it together.
- Do box prices include the soap savings?
- Yes — a box price is one all-in number: the soaps, the keepsake box, the note card, and the wrap. Nothing gets added at checkout. And if you're ordering more than one box, the per-box price gets a little friendlier as your stack grows — you'll see it right on the picker.
- How does delivery work?
- Delivery is on us for every gift box, across India. Orders take up to 14 days, depending on the order, your location and availability. Keepsake boxes are pre-order — we confirm their dispatch date separately.
- The boxes say pre-order — what does that mean?
- Every keepsake box is packed fresh after you order. You order and pay as usual, and we'll message you to confirm the dispatch date. Your order tracking works exactly the same.
- How far ahead should I order for an event?
- Every bar is made by hand in small batches — for favors and bulk orders, a week to ten days of notice keeps things unhurried.
- Is the box really reusable?
- That's the point! It's a sturdy decorative box made to be kept — for jewellery, stationery, treasures, or the next gift you give.
- Can I add a personal note?
- Yes — share your message when you order and we'll tuck a handwritten-style note card into the box.
