Privacy

To fulfil your order we collect only what we need: your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, delivery address, and order details. We use this to make and deliver your order and to update you about it. We don’t sell your information or share it beyond what’s needed to deliver to you.

If you order on this site, you sign in with your mobile number, verified by a one-time code sent by text message. Your account is just that number plus your name, delivery address, and order history — no passwords, no card details. If you choose to share your email address, we use it only to send you updates about your order — nothing else, no newsletters. This data is stored for us by Google Firebase (our service provider) on servers in India, and only we can see it; order-update emails are delivered for us by Resend.

If you keep “Send my order updates on WhatsApp” ticked at checkout, we send your order-status messages to your mobile number on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is provided by Meta, which processes your number to deliver these messages. You can opt out at any time — untick the box on your next order, or just tell us on WhatsApp or email and we’ll stop.

Payments happen directly over UPI, from your UPI app to ours — we don’t collect or store payment-card or bank data. We keep order records only as long as needed for the order and for basic bookkeeping, and you can ask us to delete your details at florushbyrash@gmail.com.

To see how this site is actually working, and to help a small brand find the people who’d love it, we measure how the site is used. Between these tools we collect the pages you visit and the order you visit them in, what you click, tap and scroll, what you add to your basket, your device, browser and screen size, the rough location your internet connection suggests (city level, not an address), and how you arrived — a search, an ad, a link someone sent you. If you’re signed in, we link this to your account using an internal ID, so we can follow one journey across your devices.

The tools doing that are Microsoft Clarity, which records session replays and heatmaps so we can find where things are confusing and fix them — it is set to hide the text you type, so we don’t see what you enter into forms; Google Analytics, which tells us where visitors come from and which pages lead to an order; the Meta Pixel, which tells us how people find us and how well our ads work; and Vercel’s analytics, which tell us how fast the site performs. They set cookies, and Microsoft, Google, Meta and Vercel process this information as our service providers. As we grow we may add or swap in other measurement and advertising tools of the same kind, used for the same purpose. None of it is ever sold.
