Florush by Rash is a sole proprietorship based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“Florush”, “we”). Orders are placed on this site (signed in with your mobile number) or through WhatsApp; there is no card-payment gateway on this site. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated; the price shown when you place your order — or the price we confirm on WhatsApp — is the price that applies. Placing an order is a request to buy — a contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable) and will refund any amount already paid in full. Payment is by UPI, directly from your UPI app to ours; we do not see or store your card or bank details. Order codes and status shown on this site are informational and don’t by themselves form the contract.

We deliver across India — within Hyderabad by hand or courier, elsewhere by courier. Home delivery carries a flat ₹100 charge, shown at checkout and included in your total; delivery is free on orders of ₹600 or more. Pickup in Hyderabad is free. Timelines run from same-day to about 14 days depending on your location and product availability, and are indicative rather than guaranteed.

You may cancel before we confirm and dispatch your order for a full refund. Because soap is a personal-care product, opened or used bars can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. If a bar arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it.

Using our soaps safely: Florush soaps are for external use only. We recommend a patch test — rub a little on your inner arm and wait 24 hours before regular use. Keep away from the eyes; if it stings, rinse with water. Our soaps contain essential oils and botanical ingredients — if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or are pregnant or nursing, check the ingredient list and consult a doctor if unsure. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of young children. Florush soaps are cosmetic products; they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Store in a cool, dry place; best used within 12 months.

A part of every Florush order is set aside for the work of CanvasCode, a not-for-profit initiative currently being established (canvascode.org). Your purchase is a retail purchase, not a charitable donation, and is not tax-deductible. Amounts set aside are held for CanvasCode and transferred to it once it is formally registered.

The Florush name, logo, and artwork belong to Florush by Rash; please don’t reuse them without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order, provided the product is used as directed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
